The college maintains a wage and salary system subject to labor market conditions, collective bargaining and available resources.
In addition to providing employee benefits legally imposed on the institution, the Board of Trustees understands the value and integral nature of a meaningful benefits program as part of the total compensation plan. The Board engages in good faith collective bargaining practices which routinely address provisions, such as holidays, vacations, insurance coverage, leaves, educational assistance, and retirement plans.
Salary increases for administrators and support personnel in positions not under collective bargaining agreements shall be given on the annual recommendation of the President and approval by the Board of Trustees.
